Ava Cowan has graced over 20 magazine covers such as Oxygen Magazine, Muscle & Fitness Hers, Iron Man Magazine and FitnessRx for Women and has been in virtually every fitness magazine around the world. Ava is equipped with brains, beauty and brawn, and anyone who has seen her work either on the competition stage, in print or at public appearances knows instantly she gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “persistently driven”. Her vast knowledge of exercise science along with her unbelievably inspiring story led her to be one of the most talked about and sought-after ambassadors in the fitness industry. When this woman has a vision there are virtually no obstacles that can stand in her way.

Harnessing her rock solid work ethic and an innate ability to "Never Give Up"is what enabled her to move herself forward at a breakneck pace. In August 2005, she entered her first figure competition, the NPC Southern States, where she won the Overall Figure title. That “win” was a defining moment in her life, and she never looked back. She went on to compete in the most prestigious figure events worldwide, ranking top 3 in the world at her peak. During that time she began sharing her life online with others and became a beacon of inspiration and hope to others. Her following escalated into over 1 million devoted online followers and Cowan became somewhat of a social media phenomenon.

During this time, and while going full throttle in that industry, there were a series of life altering events that took place beginning in 2013. These events were so profound and life altering that Ava found herself experiencing a full transformation to be inclusive of much more than the physical, and she felt there was no choice but to make drastic changes. By a much higher design, these events were the catalyst for a profound awakening which led to the extreme decision to exit of the false Matrix construct. Making the decision to ‘jump’, and leaving all behind that wasn’t in alignment with her core truth, Ava knew her life would never be the same.

Since making that decision, she has devoted her entire life to her awakening process and soul evolution. She has an understanding that built a platform primarily because of her authenticity, and so she has decided to use that reach to assist others. The focus is sharing her experience and process with others, assisting in any way she feels guided.
